New feature added

I am pleased to announce the addition of a user tagging feature that mimics that of the one The Student Room has!

@spotify95 and @Zak What do you think? ;)

Also, I see that you have added a new sidebar thingy, which is excellent!

And the tagging on here does what the TSR one doesn't: adds the avatar of the user you are tagging in. :D
