Plus, my friend mentioned to me that health care in the UK is better than the US as well - in the US, you have to pay for most healthcare, whereas in the UK it is mostly on the NHS.

That is indeed correct! I created that account because my main reason for using Giffgaff then was by using the SIM to test streaming on Tunein Radio, as I didn't have an O2 SIM to test.
