University in question is QMUL, i have already accepted the place but right before semester starts i decided i can't attend. Will it affect my future applications with the same university?

I wouldn't be able to give you any definite answers to this question as I don't know the regulations/policies of the university in question. I don't think it'll go down too well though.

For things to do with universities, you're best off registering on The Student Room forums, finding the subforum for your university, and posting a thread there.
