A street light just got replaced on a road that isn't yet scheduled to get LEDs!

A road with HPS lighting isn't yet scheduled to get LED lighting until a few months later, but there was one that kept doing that turn off, then back on again thing, and I reported it.
Result? It got replaced with an LED months ahead of the others that are scheduled to be replaced!
