They gave us one of the latest WiFi routers (the other one was at least 5 years old)

Hopefully this means the WiFi connection is much better! I'm using data for now until we can sort out the WiFi password and stuff

Well, 9Mbps is certainly better than what you used to be getting! And your upload is stronger than my upload too.

If I need to upload anything, I will now be using the DMU Wi-Fi Connections because 5Mbps upload is a bit of a joke to be honest.
