Count to a million - in WORDS!

Let's start another variant of the CTAM business...

Inspired by another forum, we're launching this variant. It's counting, but instead of posting the number, post it by spelling it out in words.

Got it? Okay, I'll start.

One.

(Oh, and before anyone asks, same usual rules apply.)

TSR would NEVER allow such a thread like this. :moon: :# :unimpressed: :(

If I was ST'ing Forum Games then it'd be my say so on what does and doesn't happen in FG!

And would you allow this thread and unbin the binned variations?

Yes, I would certainly allow this and recover any and all binned/locked versions of CTAM. I'd also allow it to go past 10k if it wasn't for the new auto close feature.

Speaking of, do you mind if I stop this version of CTAMM on exactly 20k (i.e. 9960 posts), in order to get it on a nice round number? Otherwise, it'll always end on -x0,040, whereby x is whatever thousand we are working to. So for part 2, it would be -20040, for part 3 it would be -30040 etc.

I've also made a CTAM in hexadecimal, but on WrongPlanet.net, not TSR. Since the TSR versions of CTAM in binary/2's compliement (minus binary) flopped massively, I honestly doubt that CTAM in hexadecimal would be allowed on TSR! :(

Thirteen.

Has the new auto lock feature already now implemented then?

If so, I reluctantly say yes. :#

If not, can we try to stop it at 10,060 so it'd end on x0100?

If you gave bursting bubbles a back card, what would the reason show as when she logs in and it says she is banned?

Fourteen.

Look at the Last To Post Wins thread - as you'll see the auto close feature has already been implemented, so we can't push threads past the 10th by even a couple of posts...
Plus, they exaggerated the side effects of going past 10k - we've had 12k and even 18k threads on the site before, so why stick to 10k?

I'll make sure that we keep to nice numbers on CTAM/CTAMM etc :)
