but i couldnt watch more due to limited data , the wifi at shops also doesnt allow youtube

surprised that wi-fi at shops won't allow YouTube - is it blocked or just too slow for videos to load

If it's blocked you could try a VPN (or similar). If it's too slow... you can't really do anything about it.

If your internet provider blocks anything then you can use a VPN to get around the blocks it changes your IP address so that the site in question can't see your actual IP address

we used to use it a lot when at school because the filters were far too strict I also use one sometimes when listening to US based radio stations on TuneIn which are unavailable in the UK
and don't forget I also needed to use one when on EMR Wi-Fi (the train wifi) because that actually blocks all streaming media (not that it will work when its overly congested anyway)

bear in mind that internet speed going through a VPN or proxy server will be slightly slower than when through your normal internet connection. and don't use one to sign in to TSR if you currently don't use one

Yeah you'd need to run a Speedtest first, anything below 2Mbps don't bother with because the speed will be unusable once you've factored the VPN in. I've had this very problem on the train (ever since they blocked Tunein/Youtube etc), not that I bother listening to music on the train anymore, as the Wi-Fi is far too congested (even without the VPN, you see 0.5Mbps - so with, it is unusable) and 3G/4G can't get through the metal windows!
