Peter Griffin isn't a dupe I checked the IP address and it came up with no matches

The reason why I won't let you post in TSR CTAM is because of the CT finding out, banning you, you rejoin, and then you have the same loop situation as what PT had before... and we'll end up with tons of banned people showing up on the thread (which isn't particularly inviting to new recruits when they see loads of banned people).
