5G data is coming soon. That means Japan already has 6G because they only allowed the rest of the world to have 4G once they already had 5G

6G has not been designed or created yet so no country can have it.

Regarding 5G, it will only be launched between now and the end of 2020 in a few selected areas - mostly large towns and cities - so 5G is not going to see the coverage that 4G has now for a good number of years. Remember that it took until 2016/2017 for most networks to get a semi decent 4G coverage layer, and even now, there are still some masts that have not been upgraded to 4G.
Some well known not spots on a certain network have been ignored for ages and will likely continue to be ignored.

Also, just like the early 4G devices, early 5G devices are likely going to be battery draining devices, until they can get the 5G modems to run more efficiently.
Plus, most networks (with the exception of 3UK?) are going to charge extra for 5G.

Conclusion: 5G will not be as important as most people think until at least the end of 2020, by which time the modems will be more efficient, handset prices will be reasonable, battery life will be like it is currently with 4G, and coverage will be decent.

Every time I make a trip to Hull, it is very frustrating indeed that there is a major 4G blackspot (on the O2 network at least) between the toll booths at the north end of the Humber Bridge to the Boothferry Road roundabout up ahead and no doubt when 5G becomes available, it'll be just as bad around that area! :@

Imageeriously, life's too short to be worried about retards on an internet forum. :eek2: :eek3:
